Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47A of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that 5 liters of country made liquor and 1200 K.g mahua were recovered from the embankment of the river.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is made from the embankment of the river, which does not belong to the petitioner and only on suspicion accusation has been levelled.

Considering the fact that the case was instituted in 2010, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54250 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
