The petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2019 in connection with Brahampur (Chakki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 235 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
