Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is of abducting the son of the informant by 3-4 persons, leading to registration of First Information Report against unknown. During investigation, name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of coaccused Gopal Pathak, Kamlesh Kumar, Rahul Kumar, Mithilesh Yadav, Durga Mahto @ Durgesh Kumar and Raju Sinha.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confession of co-accused, no accusation has been levelled against the petitioner, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54070 of 2015 (2) dt.30-11-2015 learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the above named petitioner, if he surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Moffasil P.S. Case No. 541 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
