The petitioners being the brothers of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after six years of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no specific accusation has been levelled against the petitioners and the petitioners have been roped in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion.
Considering the specific accusation against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50434 of 2014 (2) dt.27-04-2015 the husband of the victim and death occurred after six years of the marriage, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No.123 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) B.Kr./- U T
