2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 303(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.
3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 03.03.2025 at 06:00 p.m., the brother of the informant, namely Anil Kumar, was returning from his in-laws' house and as soon as he reached the bridge nearby his house, he was stopped and stabbed seven times in his stomach by the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner. It is further alleged that when informant's cousin brother Niranjan Kumar came to rescue, accused Abhishek Kumar stabbed him and injured him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye-witness to the occurrence. From perusal of the F.I.R., it is not apparent as to who stabbed the brother of the informant. During investigation, none of the injured witnesses have assigned any role to this petitioner. Petitioner is not even alleged to have touched the body of the injured persons.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
