2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 448, 324, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 427 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons entered into the house of the informant and started abusing him. On protest, the petitioner assaulted the informant with Khanti on his head. Co-accused Kaushal Yadav gave a lathi blow on his left hand. When informant's daughter came to rescue him, she was also assaulted by fists and slaps.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has

He has submitted further that the petitioner is own brother of the informant and prior to the occurrence, the informant has implicated this petitioner in a false case in which he has already been acquitted. He has also submitted that the injuries are simple in nature.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
