The petitioner is in custody in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014, G.R. No. 60 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 395 and 412/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 16.5.2017. In para 3 of the petition there is statement that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. The FIR was lodged against unknown and from perusal of Annexure-3 series it appear that several coaccused similarly circumstances like the petitioner, have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 36829, 38116 and 48261 of 2014, vide order dated 26.9.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23848 of 2014, vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30003 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 11.7.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27557 of 2016 and vide order dated 6.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29620 of 2017. In view of the fact that the case was registered against unknown and similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by this Court by different orders as mentioned above and considering the statement on affidavit in para-3 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-II, Naugachia or the successor Court in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014, G.R. No. 60 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence and influence the witnesses.
