ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, several attempts were made to resolve the same but it could not be done. Be that as it may, considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 25.5.2015 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.1718 of 2013 pending in the court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muzaffarpur, if he deposits the entire arrears of Rs.750/- within the period of four weeks next calculated from 25.5.2015.

However, from now on the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1500/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No.2 instead of Rs.750/-.
