JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in Bhabua P.S.Case No.52 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation against the petitioner is of firing upon the informant, Satyawant Patel as a result of which he died. After perusal of the record as well as the case diary I find no merit in this application.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner is, accordingly, rejected.
