2. Having regard to the fact that the present writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice dated 17.07.2025 (Annexure- P/1). This Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition as the petitioner has already submitted his explanation to the same. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of and directing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14950 of 2025(2) dt.13-01-2026 2/2 authority to pass a final order duly taking into account the explanation submitted by the petitioner to the said show cause notice as well as the legal notice dated 01.08.2025 (AnnexureP/4).

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of. If any adverse orders are passed against the petitioner, the petitioner is free to avail the remedies as available to him against the said order.
