Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the daughter of the informant was kidnapped when she had gone to attend the call of nature. Submission is of false implication and that the victim girl has gone out of her own sweet will and due to ill motive the petitioner has been implicated. Statement of victim girl has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated about kidnapping by the petitioner and others but she has further stated that she was left at the house of Leela Devi in village Betauna and she was not ill-treated by the petitioner in any manner.
