Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Maner P.S.Case No.425 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act..
As per FIR petitioner happens to be mother-in-law . Case is of dowry death.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the main allegation is against the husband and the fatherin-law. Husband is in custody and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.56334 of 2019(4) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Miss Nutan Kuamri, J.M. 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S.Case No.425 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
