2. The present MJC application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding due to non-compliance of the order dated 11.07.2023 passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.2505 of 2023.

3. Learned Counsel for the opposite parties submit that specific direction was made by this Court to the Circle

Patna High Court MJC No.2604 of 2023(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 Officer, Sabour, Bhagalpur to pass order on the representation of the petitioners within 30 days upon completion of appearance of the concerned parties in this matter. Counsel submits that in the show-cause, the order which has been passed by the Circle Officer, Sabour, Bhagalpur is annexed as Annexure-F. This order has been passed upon appearance of the concerned parties in this matter.

Upon perusal of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition as well as the order passed by the Circle Officer, Sabour, Bhagalpur, it transpires to this Court that the Circle Officer has fully complied the order and it is not a case of civil contempt. Hence, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped and the present MJC application stands dismissed. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U
