2. The petitioner is praying for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 332, 333, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was using abusive language in the office of the informant and when he was objected, he attempted to assault with helmet. It is further alleged that the petitioner ultimately assaulted with helmet.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is having six criminal antecedents and he is on bail in all the cases. It is further submitted that from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64691 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 perusal of the FIR itself, it is clear that no visible injury was caused to the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Chitraguptnagar P.S. Case No.38 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
