This application under Section 482 of the Cr. P. C. is directed against the order dated 11.01.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No. 296 of 2009/ 72 of 2012 whereunder the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj has dismissed the aforesaid criminal revision preferred against the order dated 16.02.2008 passed in Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2002/ G.R. No. 559 of 2002 taking cognizance under Sections 341, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code against five accused including the petitioner. On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse process of court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr. P.C. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
