Ramshila Kumari, deceased who was married with Damodar Sah in the year 2012 was done to death at her Sasural on account of non-fulfilment of demand of dowry, which was persistently demanded at the end of accused as well as her dead body had already been disposed of by way of cremation. Petitioners are in-laws and there happens to be evidence collected during course of investigation by the I.O., more particularly under Paras-46, 47, 48, 49, over having separation effected amongst the family. Moreover, as per Para-9 of the bail petition, it is apparent that husband is under custody. Petitioners are under custody since 10.06.2014 and 14.06.2014 respectively.

No.49909 of 2014 (03) dt.01-04-2015 Devi each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Punit Malviya, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara/ successor in office in connection with Tarari P.
