The prayer in the present writ application is confined to payment of salary for the period the petitioner has worked as Night Guard.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to verify the record to ascertain the petitioner has actually worked and if the petitioner has actually worked as Night Guard, the respondents shall decide claim of the petitioner for payment of salary within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy

Patna High Court CWJC No.18551 of 2019(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 of this order. The issue as to validity of termination has not been passed in the present application and as such the Court is not inclined to decide the issue of validity of termination of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
