Name of the petitioner came in course of investigation and subsequently he was arrested and made his confessional statement leading to recovery of one looted Laptop from his house.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that he had purchased the said Laptop from one Abhishekh Kumar @ Baba in good faith without knowing that the said Laptop was stolen property.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
