Petitioner was caught by the informant when he along with others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and furthermore, it is alleged that one country made loaded katta and two live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.06.2015 and except the present case as well as one Ara Town P.S. Case No. 367 of 2012, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
