2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhawanipur (Balia) Supplementary P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020, lodged on 17.01.2020, under Sections under Sections 147/148/149/452/447/341/342/323/324/302/120B of the I.P.C.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused twice by this Court vide order dated 29.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30682 of 2020 and vide order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68650 of 2023. Counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2023 and charge has already been framed. Counsel further submits that report has been called for from the Trial Court.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. From perusal of the report it transpires to this Court that charge has been framed on 11.07.2024 and thereafter only one date has crossed.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby refused. The Superintendent of Police, Purnea is directed to do the needful so that S.H.O. Bhawanipur Police Station may secure appearance of the charge sheet witnesses in this case within six months at any cost.
