JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2025 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Karpuri Gram (Karpoorigram) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024 dated 21.05.2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Heard Mr. Nachiketa Jha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, learned APP for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order.
3. In the facts and circumstances of this case, and mainly considering petitioner's the pleas that the FIR was registered on 21.05.2024 by the father of the deceased, despite the factum of the death of the deceased had come to the knowledge of the informant on 17.05.2024, and deceased's own son, aged about eight years, stated in the investigation that his

No.59479 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 mother went inside a room of the house, locked it, and thereafter hanged herself and also taking note of the fact that the marriage between the petitioner and the deceased took place in the year 2013, and the petitioner has presently the responsibility of two minor children and coupled with the completion of investigation against this petitioner, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Karpuri Gram (Karpoorigram) P.S.
