The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 57546 of 2019 on 13.09.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61417 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
