2. The petitioner has filed the present application, seeking modification of the order dated 27.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37802 of 2023, whereby while allowing the prayer for bail of the petitioner, he was allowed four weeks time to surrender before the learned court below and furnish bail bonds.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on account of some health issues, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the time stipulated by this Court, necessitating for filing the present modification application seeking extension of time to surrender before the court below.

4. In view of the averments made in the present application and the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the present modification application stands allowed.

5. The time stipulated for surrender of the petitioner before the court below be extended for further period of three weeks from today.
