JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the learned trial court for release of the vehicle by filing a petition under Section 457 of the Cr.P.C. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition before the S.D.J.M. Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 325/18, for release of the vehicle in question, within a period of four weeks from today and in case such a petition is filed by the petitioner the learned S.D.J.M. Saran at Chapra shall pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
