Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or writs or direction/directions to the respondents to pay the salary for the period of 05.02.2013 to 09.03.2013 to the petitioner with

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the relief, as sought for in the present writ petition.
