The only grievance of the petitioner is that 80 % of compensation amount has already been paid but still 20 % of compensation amount has not been paid to the petitioner. Considering the grievance of the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19158 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 with direction to respondent no. 3 to ensure the payment of remaining compensation amount to the petitioner in accordance with law as early as possible.
