Patna High Court CWJC No.13055 of 2016(2) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 pension vide letter no.cz/ 114/Madhe/77/11/83 dated 12.01.83 through Central Revenue vide PPO No. S.C. 33892/ POL and from 13.05.1998 to as yet 50% share of contributory fund of state of Bihar and issued separate fresh PPO No. in favour of petitioner and any other relief or reliefs which is entitled the petitioner".
