JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 The instant matter has been filed under the heading for modification of order dated 29.09.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.39535 of 2015 whereby the above named petitioners have been allowed anticipatory bail.

The petitioners were supposed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks which they failed to do so and they further want extension of time so that they could surrender before the court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56730 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 This Court allows them four weeks further time from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order to surrender before ACJM, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No.114 of 2014.

The instant petition for modification is allowed to the extent above.
