The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rudrapur P.S.Case No.15 of 2015 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the direct and specific allegations made in the FIR that the petitioners and others named in the FIR assaulted the wife of the informant with fists, slaps and Lathi as a result of which she died, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
