The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner being the Panchayat Secretary did not hand over the documents in respect to the appointments of Panchayat Teachers to his predecessor. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that the petitioner happens to be the Panchayat Secretary. He did not hand over the documents relating to the appointments of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53115 of 2016 (3) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 Panchayat Teachers. It is submitted that the petitioner has submitted all the documents what he had received from his predecessor.
On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No. 351 of 2016, G.R. No. 766 of 2016, S.T. No. 1140 of 2016. (Sudhir Singh, J.) Amit/- U T
