The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.231 of 2018 registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Annexure-2) wherein she has made specific allegation against the petitioner that he abducted and sexually exploited her, I am not inclined grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
