Learned counsel for the petitioners are permitted to remove the defect/(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 297 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 308, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioners is of hurling abuses and assaulting the informant and her husband causing injuries to them.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72117 of 2021(2) dt.09-06-2022 2/2 petitioner no. 1 and 2 are brothers of the informant and petitioner no. 3 is the sister-in-law of the informant. Due to family dispute case and counter case filed between the parties against each other. So far as the injuries found on the person injured are simple in nature. He further submits that petitioners have clean antecedent.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the anticipatory bail of petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM- 1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 297 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
