2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 324, 326, 307, 364, 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 24.05.2024, the son of informant left the house with his friends and when he reached near Sanhauli Surya Mandir, all the F.I.R. named accused persons along with 5-6 unknown persons came on the XUV car of co-accused Vinay Verma, surrounded the son of informant and abducted him. It is further alleged that accused persons brutally assaulted and badly injured him by electric shock with intention to kill him and threw his body behind Sitaram Memorial Inter School. Having received the information, wife of the informant and other family members

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Prashant Kumar and Ganit Yadav. He further submits that as a matter of fact, there was old rivalry between Karan Poddar and petitioner and in the year 2022 Karan Poddar filed a case against petitioner bearing Chitragupta Nagar P. S. Case No. 232 of 2022 in which petitioner was released on bail but again with ulterior motive this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Except confession statement there is no other material available on record to show his complicity in the present case.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that name of the petitioner transpired during confessional statement of three coaccused persons who stated that this petitioner was involved in the aforesaid crime and petitioner has got five criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is
