Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that case of the petitioner is covered by order dated 14.10.2009, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13265 of 2009 (Ram Naresh Pd. & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.). The petitioner is a daily wager. He submits that his serial number is 112 in the panel. Only 90 candidates have been regularized and the Collector is not making any effort for regularization of services of remaining candidates. This Court is not in a position to say regarding the status of the petitioner as on today as this matter relates to panel of 2008. If still such panel is in existence, in that circumstances, the Collector

Patna High Court CWJC No.19247 of 2018 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2 /2 will consider the case of the petitioner and if that panel has ceased to operate, the question of regularization of the petitioner cannot arise.

In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Collector, Patna, who will examine the case of the petitioner and will take decision in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition disposed of.
