BAJANTHRI) 19-06-2023 In the present MJC, the petitioner grievance is for non-compliance of the orders of this Court passed in LPA No. 1472 of 2019 dated 09.05.2019 which is in the nature of interim direction. However, LPA No. 1472 of 2018 was decided on 19.08.2019 and it is against the petitioner-Arun Kumar, therefore, the present contempt petition does not survive for consideration.

2. Accordingly, the present contempt proceeding MJC No. 3444 of 2019 stands dropped.
