Petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2017 in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 1008 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and mere on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, he has been implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P. till date. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last six months.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20303 of 2017 (3) dt.11-07-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 1008 of 2016.
