JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 29.01.2018 passed by the S.D.O., Sadar, Patna.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an appeal within a period of six weeks from today and in case such an appeal is filed, the appellate authority shall consider the case of the petitioner on merits without being impeded on the issue of limitation.
