2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 66(c), 66(d) of the I.T.Act.

3. The allegation against petitioner is that informant went to the Aadhaar center of co-accused Nitish Kumar, where petitioner was also present and the petitioner took the Mobile number, O.T.P. and finger print of the informant for updating her mobile umber and thereafter she returned home and on different dates, total Rs. 39,600 was withdrawn from her account.
