JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 Earlier petitioner has approached this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 65399 of 2018 and the prayer for bail was rejected on 25.01.2019 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded. Nearly more than seven months have passed but the trial has not been concluded.

In view of the above, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sessions Judge, Bettiah (W.C.) in connection with Tr.
