The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Special Excise Case No. 1284 of 2021, arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 327 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is landlord of the house from which recovery was made and the tenant was arrested, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
