JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-05-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects as pointed out by office within four weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.22 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, leaned counsel for the informant submits that in this case the evidence has already been closed in the learned trial court and now the case is fixed for hearing. In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel

The learned trial court is directed to expedite the hearing of the case by keeping the records on shorter dates and dispose of the same preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the trial court fails to dispose of the matter within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
