The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For Issuance of Writ / Writs, Order / Orders, Direction / Directions in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to immediately appoint the petitioner for the post of Anganwadi Sevika, under Gram Panchayat Budhwal, Ward No. 7, Block - Karakat, District - Rohtas (ii) For further prayer of the petitioner to impose the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15400 of 2022(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 punishment to the concern respondent who have illegally appointed the wrong candidate knowingly to against the petitioner on the basis of wrong sets of facts by illegal process using back office method."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
