KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 264 of 2016 instituted for the offences punishable under sections 306, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was one of the four accused against whom allegation was made by the victim regarding her sexual harassment. It has been further contended that out of three accused against whom allegations had been made by the victim girl, have already been granted bail as mentioned in paragraph-12 of the application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let petitioner Rohit Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32992 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 264 of 2016.
