2. The petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the Circle Officer, Parsauni, Sitamarhi for removal or encroachment as alleged by him.

If any representation is filed before the Circle Officer, Parsauni, Sitamarhi and pursuant to that if any encroachment is found by the Circle Officer, Parsauni, Sitamarhi then he will initiate an encroachment case in accordance with law under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and will dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties.
