The application was filed questioning the legality of the order of transfer dated 28th June, 2007 whereby the petitioner was transferred from New Government Polytechnic, Patna to Government Polytechnic, Chhapra.

Mr. Dinu Kumar who appears on behalf of the respondents has drawn attention of the Court to the order dated 18.2.2008 passed in the present proceeding wherefrom it appears that the petitioner has already joined the transferred post pursuant to the impugned order.

This appears to be the reason for non-appearance of the Counsel for the petitioner as prima facie it appears to this Court that the writ application has become infructuous.
