2. The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court in public interest disputing the elections conducted of the office bearer of Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society (PACS), Inpey, Jamui without following any prescribed procedure.

3. Such dispute regarding election of the office bearer has to be challenged by way of an Election Petition, a statutory

4. We do not find any reason to entertain the present writ application. The same is dismissed.
