1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that the alleged recovery has been made behind the house of the petitioner. The Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63350 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Exclusive Special Judge-I, Excise Act, Saran, Chapra in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
