The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. In her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. (Annexure2) the victim has not alleged anything against this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 01.07.2017 (Annexure-3) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27798 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Case No. 214 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
