The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 188 of 2016 registered under Sections 406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 18119 of 2019 and 76421 of 2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
