The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case they are granted liberty to file representation before the respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 2 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners shall file a representation before the respondent no. 2 regarding their grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose off the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
